Anna Baird is the Director of Clinical Operations at Realo Drugs, an independently owned pharmacy group based in North Carolina. A 2018 graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, she completed a PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency with both UNC and Realo Drugs. Baird serves as the program coordinator and a certified lifestyle coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program and also acts as an educator for Realo’s Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support program. She collaborates with providers at a local ACO to deliver chronic care management services, educate patients on disease states, and support medication adherence quality metrics. Baird has also had the privilege of serving on the Pharmacy Advisory Group for BCBS of North Carolina, where she worked closely with the organization to develop and expand the More Than a Script program.
