Ben Shirley serves as the Senior Director of Performance Measurement at PQA, providing expertise in several phases of the measure development process including specification, analysis, and consensus-based endorsement. He leads the quality innovation line of PQA's Quality Innovation and Research Center (QuIRC) and plays a central role in PQA's pharmacy measure development work.
