Dan Rehrauer, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Programs and Pharmacy Quality, received his PharmD from the University of Minnesota. Afterwards, he completed a 2 year residency where he established pharmacy services at West Side Community Health Services in St. Paul, MN. In 2010, Dan transitioned to HealthPartners where his current responsibilities include oversight of the MTM benefit provided to HealthPartners members, oversight of the MTM program that provides care to HealthPartners and Park Nicollet Medical Group patients, establishing and operating pharmacist pay for performance initiatives, and directing HealthPartners Managed Care Residency Program.
