Amber Baybayan, PharmD

Senior Clinical Program Manager
Outcomes

Dr. Baybayan currently serves as a pharmacist in the Clinical Program Management division of Outcomes and has held a variety of responsibilities within her tenure there over the last 14 years. In her current role, Amber is responsible for advising payer program clients on Medication Therapy Management program design as well as focuses on product development and improvement for services focusing on adherence and SDOH.
Dr. Baybayan received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Iowa and a degree in biology and math from Mount Holyoke College.
Amber has most recently served on the PQA Quality Measure Expert Panel and has participated in multiple PQA workgroups since 2011.
Amber enjoys watching her sons play baseball, basketball and football and recently completed her 10th marathon.
