With over 15 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data management, and quality improvement, Danielle has spent more than half of her career at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, specializing in clinical quality analytics for Medicare and Medicaid populations. Leading a team of data analysts and engineers, she utilizes SAS programming to drive insights, optimize healthcare processes, and enhance quality performance.
Her expertise includes HEDIS measure calculations, data analysis, and pharmacy quality initiatives, including participating in the 2024 QMEP shadowing program at PQA. With a background in epidemiology and public health, she as worked on infectious disease surveillance, cancer research, and value-based care programs.
Earlier in her career, Danielle gained hands-on experience as a nationally certified pharmacy technician, which provided valuable insight into medication management, patient adherence, and the operational aspects of pharmaceutical care. This experience laid the foundation for her work in pharmacy quality improvement and performance measurement.
Currently a doctoral candidate in health sciences, Danielle continues to refine her expertise in healthcare analytics, with a focus on using data-driven approaches to optimize pharmacy-related outcomes, improve quality initiatives, and support value-based care models.
