Vikram Sundararaman, PharmD, MBA has extensive experience in pharmacy operations and leadership spanning retail environments, clinical specialty pharmacy integration, managed care operations and population health in geriatric primary care. He has a proven track record of provider engagement, patient outcomes and exceeding organizational and key results. He has developed several novel workstreams from concepts and minimally viable products to mature offerings all based on bettering patient care and outcomes. He is the recipient of the 2020 PQA Community Pharmacy Innovation in Quality Individual Award. Vikram currently serves as the Manager, Population Health Pharmacy at Oak Street Health within CVS Health's Heath Care Delivery (HCD) Orgnaization.
