Carrington Royals, PharmD is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy at Tandem Health. After graduating from Campbell University, Dr. Royals became the inaugural resident at Tandem Health-University of South Carolina PGY-1. During her residency she expanded pharmacy services to include Medicare annual wellness visits. Following residency, she stayed at Tandem Health as the family medicine clinical pharmacist. Since transitioning to her current position, she has further expanded pharmacy services to include chronic disease state management under a collaborative practice agreement and embed pharmacists and technicians into all adult and family medicine sites at Tandem Health. She now also serves as the Residency Program Coordinator for the Tandem Health PGY-1 pharmacy residency.
