Dr. Myftari is the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Relations at the American Medical Association (AMA). In her role, she collaborates with healthcare teams across the nation to promote evidence-based prescribing behaviors to benefit all populations with a focus on preventing cardiovascular disease. Her work focuses on improvement in medication use via research, education, coaching, and team-based care implementation services. She is an Adjust Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy.
