Razanne Oueini, PharmD, MSc, CPHQ, is a Senior Manager, Performance Measurement at Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). In this role, Razanne contributes to performance measurement projects across all stages of the measure development process, providing clinical expertise for the development and maintenance of PQA measures. Prior to this role, she completed a post-graduate Executive Fellowship with PQA, where she assisted with performance measurement projects and contributed to PQA’s educational initiatives.
Razanne received a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Oxford. She earned bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Music Studies from the University of South Florida.
